02 Application Deadline
All research papers and required documents must be submitted by the stated deadline, Aug 15. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. Students are encouraged to submit early to avoid last-minute issues.
01 Registration & Application
Students can begin submitting their research projects through the official competition portal. Detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, and submission templates are made available. This marks the opening of the International STEM Research Competition cycle.
04 Quarter-Finalists Announced
Quarter-finalists are selected based on originality, clarity, and scientific value. These students receive feedback and may be asked to refine or clarify certain aspects of their work. Advancing to this round reflects strong potential in the research submitted.
03 Initial Screening Begins
All Judges and reviewers begin evaluating submissions for basic eligibility, scientific accuracy, and relevance. Projects not meeting the minimum criteria are filtered out during this phase. Selected projects move forward to the quarter-final round and will be reviewed for eligibility, plagiarism check, and basic scientific criteria.
06 Grand Finalists Announced
The semi finalists will compete for Grand Finalists. These participants demonstrate outstanding research, problem-solving, and writing skills.
05 Semi-Finalists Announced
Top projects from the quarter-finals proceed to the semi-final and final stages based on their innovation, data analysis, and overall impact. Judges evaluate based on the scientific content.
